Salesforce Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing Salesforce architectures that align with
• Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into technical
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce administrators, developers, business
• Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms using APIs
• Establish best practices for data modeling, security, governance, automation, release management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or
• 8+ years implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments, including 5+ years as
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, SOQL, and
• Proven experience leading complex Salesforce implementations involving multiple stakeholders and
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
