📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with KIPP’s enterprise technology
• Architect integrations across Salesforce, Azure, SQL Server, and third-party systems using
• Provide technical oversight, architecture review, and code review for external contractors and
• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap including org strategy, sandbox and environment management
• Establish data governance standards including data modeling, data quality, master data management
• Monitor platform health through capacity planning, license optimization, performance tuning, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience, with 3+ years specifically in a Salesforce Architect
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture across Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, NPSP, and Nonprofit
• Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with LDV strategies, data modeling, migration planning, platform optimization, and
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to translate strategy into technical
