📋 Description

• Oversee client accounts, projects, staffing, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead Salesforce configurations with hands-on involvement.
• Drive the project as primary owner, guiding the team and tasks.
• Own technical aspects to ensure successful Salesforce implementation.
• Guide customers through change management with resources.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, go-live prep, and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional services experience.
• Experience implementing and configuring Salesforce; leading optimization projects.
• Experience from planning and delegation to training, testing, and go-live.
• Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
• Strong preference for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA).
