Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

📋 Description

• Lead and own the complete technical solution design, including agent topics, instructions, actions
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and other
• Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial design through
• Explore the limits and push the boundaries of AI agents, finding novel solutions to drive business
• Design scalable and secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, defining DLOs, DMOs, identity
• Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce and Data 360 at scale to be leveraged

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or
• Experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
