📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture: data, security, integration, health.
• Lead design and delivery of Salesforce features and integrations.
• Directly manage two Salesforce Engineers; mentor and review code.
• Architect and maintain Salesforce integrations (Boomi, API).
• Define coding standards, patterns, and release practices.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders; translate needs into specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce engineering; ≥2 years as lead/architect.
• Expert Apex: Batch/Queueable/Future, SOQL, governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II; App/System Architect preferred.
• Experience with Workday/Boomi integrations; CPQ/Revenue Cloud a plus.
• Security model, sharing, and data access in Salesforce.
• SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, version-controlled Salesforce development.
