Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture: data model, security, integrations.
• Lead design and delivery for complex Salesforce features and integrations.
• Directly manage two Salesforce Engineers; provide mentorship.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via Boomi.
• Define and enforce coding standards, patterns, and release practices.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders; translate needs into specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce engineering experience, incl. 2+ years in lead roles.
• Apex expertise: asynchronous patterns, SOQL optimization, governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II required; Architect credentials preferred.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with Workday, Boomi, or middleware.
• Strong understanding of security model, sharing, and data access.
• SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled Salesforce development.
