Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture: data model, security, integration.
• Lead design and delivery for complex Salesforce features and integrations.
• Directly manage two Salesforce Engineers; provide technical direction and mentorship.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via Boomi and APIs.
• Define coding standards, release management, and governance across the Salesforce org.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders; translate needs into scalable specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce engineering; at least 2 years in lead/architect role.
• Expert Apex: Batch, Queueable, Future; SOQL optimization; governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II; App/System Architect preferred.
• Designs and governs Salesforce integrations with Workday/Boomi or similar.
• Strong security model, sharing, and data access understanding.
• Experience with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
