Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture, data and security models, and integration health.
• Lead design and delivery for Salesforce features and integrations.
• Manage two Salesforce Engineers; provide direction and mentorship.
• Architect and maintain integrations via Boomi and APIs.
• Define coding standards and release management practices.
• Lead stakeholder discovery; translate needs into scalable specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce engineering experience; 2+ years in lead/architect roles.
• Expert Apex: Batch, Queueable, Future; SOQL optimization; governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II required; App Architect or System Architect preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations to enterprise systems (Workday, Boomi).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data access.
• Experience with SFDX, CI/CD, and version-controlled Salesforce development.
