Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Serve as senior Salesforce architect and platform owner for Axiom.
• Provide architectural direction for the Salesforce org and integrations.
• Lead a team of two Salesforce Engineers; set standards and reviews.
• Partner with Commercial and other Salesforce-dependent domains.
• Govern platform security, data model, and release management.
• Drive cross-team alignment on data governance and integration strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce engineering, with 2+ years in lead/architect roles.
• Expert-level Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future), SOQL optimization, governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II required; App Architect/System Architect preferred.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with Workday or Boomi.
• Strong security model, sharing, data access; SFDX and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers; strong communication; Revenue Cloud a plus.
