Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture: data model, security, integrations.
• Lead design and delivery for complex Salesforce features and integrations.
• Directly manage two Salesforce Engineers; guide technical direction and mentoring.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via Boomi and APIs.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and release practices.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders; translate needs into scalable specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce engineering; at least 2 in lead/architect/senior IC.
• Expert-level Apex: Batch, Queueable, Future; SOQL optimization; governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II required; App Architect/System Architect preferred.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with Workday, Boomi, or similar middleware.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, and data access patterns.
• Experience with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled Salesforce development.
