Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture: data model, security, and integrations.
• Lead design and delivery of complex Salesforce features and integrations.
• Manage two Salesforce Engineers; provide technical direction and mentorship.
• Architect integrations with Boomi and APIs; govern release practices.
• Drive Salesforce roadmap alignment and data governance with leadership.
• Evaluate AppExchange solutions and build-vs-buy decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce engineering with at least 2 years in lead/architect role.
• Apex expertise: asynchronous patterns, SOQL optimization, governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II; App Architect/System Architect credentials preferred.
• Experience designing and governing Salesforce integrations (Workday, Boomi, middleware).
• Strong Salesforce security model, sharing architecture, data access patterns.
• SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled Salesforce development.
