📋 Description

• Activate customer data to develop end-to-end CRM strategy and campaigns.
• Refine multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) for retention.
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign setup and journeys.
• Define metrics and provide weekly/monthly reporting and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in Digital Marketing and CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, and other languages.
• Leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for insights.
• Analytical, data-driven, with experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Fluent English; organized, proactive, team player.
