📋 Description

• Design UX for Salesforce and AWS integrations (Experience Cloud, Agentforce).
• Lead client requirement gathering and design sessions.
• Show end-to-end experiences for customers and internal users.
• Establish content, personas, and journeys for automated solutions.
• Create sitemaps, wireframes, and visuals for web, bot, and console.
• Collaborate with developers and QA across the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• User experience and interaction design experience.
• Experience consulting with external stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain a design system.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, Lucidchart.
• Willing to learn Salesforce, AWS tech.
• Degree in design, UX, HCI, communication, or related.
