SAM Compliance Lead Analyst

📋 Description

• Investigate AML/fraud alerts across blockchain; assess risk with KYC data.
• Own end-to-end case investigations from alert triage to SAR filing.
• Document findings in clear narratives; determine escalation or SAR.
• Conduct due diligence applying BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC standards.
• Maintain detailed case documentation across the Luxembourg entity.
• Stay current with AML/KYC/sanctions developments and apply to workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years AML/fraud compliance investigations and SAR workflows.
• Analyze blockchain activity; apply KYC, BSA/AML, OFAC.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, JIRA, Hummingbird, Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Familiar with Chainalysis; CAMS/CFCS/CFE certifications preferred.
• Use generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.
