Sample Collector / Phlebotomist (Ad Hoc)

📋 Description

• Attend pre-booked appointments within a 2-hour radius from home.
• Collect hair, nail, blood, and DNA samples professionally.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and donors.
• Follow the company Quality Management System (ISO17025).
• Ensure safe collections following operating procedures.
• Provide statements to support legal proceedings at collection.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence with own insured vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification phlebotomy experience.
• Subject to regular enhanced DBS checks.
• Experience in NHS/Blood Service preferred.
• Hepatitis B vaccination required for blood sampling.
