Greet clients and receive samples from clients or couriers in a professional manner
Unpack coolers, document receipt, and organize samples efficiently
Verify receipt conditions and temperatures, and record accordingly
Create jobs, enter records in LIMS, and generate labels per chain of custody
Scan COCs and supporting documents
Ship samples, kits, and media to clients and SGS locations; maintain documentation

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma (Required)
Experience in an environmental laboratory (Preferred)
Associate degree in a science-related field (Preferred)
Advanced English language skills (Required)
Basic mathematical and reasoning skills (Required)
Strong customer service skills (Required)
