Sample Management Associate (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Process incoming specimens, capture relevant data, and document deviations in the LIMS system
• Maintain chain of custody from box opened until next service destination
• Ensure appropriate storage, destruction, and shipping of samples
• Receive shipments from couriers, unpack, and maintain specimen temperature during registration
• Enter and control subject demographics and visit details into the LIMS system
• Transfer specimens to next service destination and document handshake

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Drivers license and proof of insurance
• Minimum 2 years in production environment (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years experience with enterprise-grade applications (LIMS preferred)
• Proven track record as team player
• Authorization to work in the US indefinitely
