Sample Receipt Officer

📋 Description

• Receive deliveries and check if samples and products meet the customer and testing requirements.
• Log samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) recording accurately any
• Complete all quality control and quarantine records in accordance with quality requirements and
• Sort, pack, label and distribute samples and other items as required, internally and externally.
• Liaise with external clients regarding sample submissions and other related queries as appropriate
• Liaise with the laboratory personnel regarding sample submissions and customer requirements and

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• High level attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities.

• Full time position based in Welshpool, WA.
• Shifts: Day shift 9am to 5pm or Evening shift 2pm to 10pm.
• An extra 1.5% superannuation paid on top of National standard rate.
