Sample Registration Officer

📋 Description

• Receiving deliveries and checking samples meet requirements
• Entering sample data into LIMS and documenting specs
• Completing QC and quarantine records per standards
• Sorting, packing, labeling, and distributing samples
• Liaising with clients and arranging courier pickups
• Coordinating with staff to meet turnaround times

🎯 Requirements

• TAFE Laboratory certification advantageous
• Experience in an administrative role
• Lab environment experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LIMS
• Strong data entry, attention to detail
• Good communication and time management
