Serve as primary samples/product partner to Studio Stylists for shoots.
Own end-to-end product tracking system and standards across Creative/Marketing; enforce SLAs.
Forecast product needs for up to 8 seasons; advise timeline risk.
Represent product in seasonal go-to-market meetings; flag risks.
Own the product budget: purchasing and reorders; negotiate vendor terms.
Manage product handover from Product Development to Creative Services.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years managing a sample/product closet with vendor/budget responsibility.
Experience setting or improving workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; partner with senior stakeholders.
Ability to navigate competing requests from multiple partners; escalate only significant matters.
Strong Excel skills; experience building or managing tracking systems.
Knowledge of Adobe Bridge and Photoshop a plus.
