Be the internal Subject Matter Expertise of sanctions compliance, including risks, controls
Support the Global Head of Sanctions to provide actionable advice to stakeholders pan Binance on
Monitor regulatory developments in the region and translate into potential policy adjustments
Evaluate processes for identifying sanctions risks and provide advisory challenge
Ensure Binance entities investigate and remediate sanctions issues per policy and regulatory
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to embed sanctions controls globally

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS or JD/Masters preferred
ACAMS or ACFCS certification preferred
3+ years of sanctions compliance experience in a global financial institution
Solid knowledge of banking, payment or crypto compliance frameworks
Ability to work across functional and geographic lines with strong stakeholder management
Flexible with deadlines and able to manage multiple projects
