Use specialized equipment and techniques to sanitize production areas to be audit-ready.
Serve as on-shift coach for sanitation events by production shifts.
Break down, clean, and sanitize equipment; inspect and swab as needed.
On non-clean-up days, perform environmental swabbing and update SSOPs.
Complete special sanitation projects and report progress.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience safely executing sanitation on equipment.
Proficiency with sanitation equipment (scrubber, foamer) and related chemicals.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate safety labels on chemical containers.
Ability to train and evaluate cleaners; supervise sanitation tasks.
Strong multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail; ability to work overtime as needed.
