SAP Business System Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as SAP SD and FI/CO functional expert for O2C and P2P.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Support to translate requirements.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA design/implementation with Zendesk, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Vistex.
• Document business processes, specs, and configuration documents.
• Provide production support: incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Promote IT best practices and SOX/governance alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SAP SD and FI/CO expertise, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Deep O2C and P2P knowledge (pricing, invoicing, delivery, credit).
• Bridge between business users and technical teams; strong communication.
• Experience defining requirements, designing solutions, documenting, and training.
• Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, Vistex, Model-N, E2Open.
• ABAP experience and collaboration on custom developments; Excel/SQL.
