SAP Customer Solution Director

📋 Description

• Lead functional solutioning for pursuits, RFPs and oral presentations
• Define solution assumptions, scope boundaries and functional inputs to estimates
• Act as the functional design authority for process design and fit-to-standard decisions
• Provide a documented transition from sold solution to delivery team
• Review and approve process design deliverables before client sign-off
• Coach functional consultants and lead industry IP development

🎯 Requirements

• 9-12 years of relevant SAP experience in functional, solution design or process architecture roles
• Participation in at least four full-cycle SAP implementations, including two as functional lead or
• Deep expertise in industry vertical: Mining, Oil and Gas, CPG, or Industrial Manufacturing
• At least 3 years of experience with current S/4HANA releases in public or private cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT or related field
• French and English communication skills
