📋 Description

• Provide L1.5, L2, and L3 support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), ensuring incidents
• Support warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound operations, internal stock movements
• Maintain production-supply and staging processes for process orders, including goods receipt from
• Troubleshoot warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, waves, storage types, putaway strategies, and
• Support RF and mobile transactions, including troubleshooting handheld device and warehouse-floor
• Manage batch-related processes, shelf-life requirements (FEFO), quarantine, sampling, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM.
• Experience supporting process-industry environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM inbound and outbound processes, warehouse structures, process-oriented
• Good understanding of batch management, shelf-life requirements, stock types, and EWM integration
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting RFC and system integration queues.
• Experience in at least one SAP production-support engagement; experience with a full-cycle
