SAP Finance IT Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Hybrid role supporting SAP FICO, BRIM, RAR, Group Reporting and Planning/Consolidation systems.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and validate
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP solutions aligned with IFRS 15/ASC 606 and internal
• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects, coordinating with Dev, QA, and external
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with BI teams to produce actionable financial reports.
• Provide tier 3 operational support and develop user training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst/Consultant focused on SAP FICO.
• Experience in two full SAP implementation projects.
• Deep SAP FICO knowledge: GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA/PCA, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing.
• Strong BRIM/Subscription Billing, FI-CA and RAR experience with IFRS 15/ASC 606.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting (S/4HANA), EC-CS, and BPC/SAC Planning.
