SAP FSM Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP FSAM implementations and rollouts, including requirements
• Configure core SAP FSAM capabilities including the Planning & Dispatching Board, Service Map
• Set up AI-supported and automated scheduling, dispatching, route optimization, and technician or
• Configure service call and work-order lifecycles, skills and qualifications, service territories
• Implement mobile field-service execution, including technician mobile applications, offline
• Support asset management processes covering equipment, installed base, maintenance orders

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of overall SAP experience, including at least 2–4 years of hands-on experience with SAP
• Strong functional knowledge of field-service and asset-management processes, including work-order
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP FSAM capabilities such as dispatching boards, service maps
• Proven experience with FSAM and SAP S/4HANA integration, particularly around Asset Management
• Strong understanding of asset and service master data, including equipment, functional locations
• Familiarity with mobile field-service execution and offline operating scenarios
