SAP MM Lead Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage SAP MM/ QM incidents (P1/P2) within SLA/KPI targets
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, integration teams to resolve issues
• Support SAP MM processes: procurement, PO, goods receipt, inventory
• Analyze pricing, account determination, release strategies, and MM-QM integrations
• Conduct functional testing and validate solutions before deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years SAP MM and QM functional consulting or production support
• Proven experience handling critical SAP incidents (P1/P2)
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes (procurement, inventory mgmt, IV, MM master data)
• Good understanding of SAP QM processes (inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions)
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams
