SAP Organizational Change Manager and Trainer

📋 Description

• Assess stakeholder needs, process changes, organizational impacts, and readiness for SAP releases
• Develop change management, communication, engagement, and training plans aligned with project
• Create role specific training materials, job aids, demonstrations, and accessible learning resources
• Deliver virtual training and workshops and prepare designated client staff to support other users
• Collect feedback, assess learning outcomes, and track adoption measures to identify support needs
• Coordinate readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least five years of experience working on the SAP platform
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting federal government programs
• Experience leading change management and training activities for SAP implementations or enhancements
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder communication, and virtual training delivery
