SAP S/4HANA Logistics (EWM - IM - LE -TM Support)

📋 Description

• Monitor ServiceNow incident queues for assigned areas
• Perform initial evaluation and triage of support tickets
• Communicate with impacted users to understand issues
• Analyze issues and determine the path to resolution
• Perform SAP configuration changes to resolve issues
• Coordinate with technical teams for cross-functional support

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 5 to 8 years SAP IT experience
• Experience with S/4HANA and ECC
• ALE/IDOC inbound and outbound integration experience
• Hands-on SAP IM, EWM, LE, and TM modules
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
