📋 Description

Monitor ServiceNow incident queues for assigned areas
Triage and evaluate support tickets
Communicate with users to understand issues
Analyze issues and determine path to resolution

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related
5-8 years SAP IT experience
Exposure to S/4HANA and ECC preferred
ALE/IDOC inbound/outbound integration experience
Rev-Trac or Cloud ALM experience
ServiceNow/ITIL-based service management experience
