SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payroll processing, time management
• Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time
• Set up and manage work schedules, holiday calendars, time recording profiles, time valuations, and
• Support payroll configuration and processing, including wage types, payroll calculations
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues affecting payroll, time tracking, and

• At least five years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including hands-on expertise in
• Demonstrated experience configuring payroll and time management solutions within the SAP
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping, attendance, absence management, and
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, analyze operational needs, and translate them into
• Experience supporting system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate
