SAP Time Management Consultant

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate Time-to-Pay integration.
• Validate payroll-impacting time data during testing and parallel payroll runs.
• Work closely with Payroll teams to resolve time-related payroll discrepancies.
• Analyze existing SAP ECC Time Management configuration and business processes.
• Participate in workshops to gather business requirements and assess impacts on Time Management
• Support the design of the Time Management solution within the S/4HANA environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bring experience in SAP Time Management analysis, design, configuration, and support.
• Possess strong knowledge of SAP ECC Time Management configuration and business processes.
• Bring experience supporting SAP Time Management solutions within an S/4HANA environment.
• Possess experience with Time-to-Pay integration and payroll-impacting time data.
• Configure Work Schedules, Daily and Period Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Attendance Types
• Bring experience with Time Evaluation, Time Wage Type Generation, Overtime, and Shift Premium
