SAS Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and enhance applications running on the SAS Viya Cloud Platform
• Develop and maintain advanced SAS programs, including macro-based solutions and automated ETL
• Build integrations between vendor APIs, enterprise databases, and reporting platforms using SAS and
• Develop and support reliable data pipelines and production analytics capabilities
• Participate in solution design, release planning, implementation, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot production incidents, technical issues, and performance challenges across analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in SAS development, analytics, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAS programming experience
• Advanced professional experience with the SAS Viya Cloud Platform, ideally in production
• Strong SAS programming and macro development capabilities
• Hands-on Python development experience, particularly for API integrations
• Experience developing ETL processes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics solutions
