📋 Description

• Lead electronics production on-site in Valencia
• Own assembly, inspection, and test of satellite electronics
• Coach and develop electronics engineers and technicians
• Drive processes to scale production and throughput
• Hands-on leadership, solving problems on the floor
• Ensure quality and traceability through IPC/ECSS standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading electronics production / PCBA teams hands-on
• Strong electronics assembly and test knowledge (SMT, conformal coating, rework)
• Familiarity with IPC (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and ECSS
• Experience with functional and electrical testing; reading schematics
• Hands-on mindset; comfortable at the bench; drive improvements
• ESD, traceability, configuration-control; scaling operations
