📋 Description

• Program Launch Mission management: own launches from start to finish.
• Plan and execute launch missions: schedules, interfaces, readiness reviews.
• Create redundancy to manage missions end-to-end.
• Prepare satellites for missions: manage deliverables and docs.
• Program Launch MGSE: build and deploy ground support equipment.
• Program contact: liaison with teams and launch providers (ExoLaunch/SpaceX).

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years in space, aeronautics or automotive.
• Skills: Project management, satellite/space knowledge, Microsoft Office.
• Behavioral: Excellent communication, customer relations, problem solving, listening.
• Other: English fluent, hands-on technical work and travel.
