• Lead and develop a 24/7 satellite operations team.
• Oversee nominal and non-nominal spacecraft operations.
• Ensure operational readiness across shifts and peak mission support.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and cross-functional coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams in spacecraft or mission-critical operations.
• Strong understanding of spacecraft ops, telemetry, anomaly handling.
• Experience in 24/7 shift-based or high-reliability environments.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, software, and operations.
• Nice to have: SAR, Earth Observation, or LEO constellation operations.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with anomaly review or flight software updates.
• Nice to have: Experience supporting external customer missions.
