Satellite Production Senior Technician, Electronics

📋 Description

• Perform advanced electronic assembly and integration (power/command/data)
• Lead troubleshooting of build/process issues; root-cause analysis; corrective actions
• Operate ground support equipment (power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes) for tests
• Maintain real-time documentation in Jira or MES; raise NCRs/redlines
• Review work instructions and checklists; drive safety and reliability improvements
• Coach and train junior technicians; provide on-the-job training

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience in a high-reliability environment
• 3+ years' experience in electronic assembly and test (soldering, harness routing, PCB handling)
• Experience using lab equipment including power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams
• Proven ability to lead troubleshooting and mentor junior staff
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration
