Satellite Production Senior Technician, Integration, Mechanical & Thermal

📋 Description

• Perform advanced assembly and integration, including torque and bonding operations
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions with Specialists, AIT, and Quality
• Review work instructions and checklists; provide feedback and improvements
• Coach and mentor junior technicians on the production floor
• Prepare test environments and configurations; support line meetings
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready, ESD-safe work area

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Eng or related field, or equivalent hands-on
• 3+ years in mechanical assembly/integration; aerospace preferred
• Torquing, alignment, and thermal hardware assembly knowledge
• ECSS, IPC, ISO familiarity; cleanroom practices
• Interpret engineering docs into practical work instructions
• Nice-to-have: satellite subsystems, environmental tests, DfM, ERP/MES, deployable mechanisms
