Satellite Production Technician, Integration, Mechanical & Thermal

📋 Description

• Perform assembly and integration per SOPs (torqueing and bonding)
• Identify and report build deviations; support root-cause analysis
• Collaborate in production team; assist shift handovers and briefings
• Strictly follow work instructions and checklists; document in real-time
• Prepare test environments; verify configurations; provide input during line meetings
• Maintain an audit-ready, clean environment compliant with ESD and safety

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1-2 years in mechanical assembly/integration or high-precision work
• Structural assembly techniques: torqueing, alignment, and thermal hardware application
• Familiar with ECSS, IPC, ISO aerospace standards and cleanroom practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures and documentation
• Nice to have: satellite mechanical subsystems and thermal hardware integration
