📋 Description

• Monitoring portfolio performance: Tracking the health of our live savings products against
• Driving volume and margin trade-offs: Analysing pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data
• Contributing to savings strategy: Sizing and modelling the commercial impact of strategic
• Cross-functional alignment: Partnering with Treasury, Finance, and Product Squads to provide
• Developing pricing analytics: Building, maintaining, and improving our core pricing datasets and
• Leading competitor & macro analysis: Maintaining a view of the UK macroeconomic landscape, Bank

🎯 Requirements

• Pricing, portfolio management or commercial product management experience within UK retail banking
• Highly analytical and hands-on with data, comfortable using data to understand customer behaviour
• Experience working with Data Analysis or visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Python, Jupyter)
• Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous spaces and can translate intricate financial data into
• Thrive in a product-led, digital-first environment where things move quickly.
