SBA Portfolio Coordinator

📋 Description

• Assist Portfolio Manager with analyzing credit and financial data.
• Support tracking of financial information for loans.
• Monitor loan covenants and terms for compliance.
• Establish and maintain loan files and portfolio systems.
• Assist with portfolio priorities: reports, maturities, delinquencies, risk ratings.
• Partner with Business Development Officers to collect information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Required) or equivalent.
• 4+ years in lending, portfolio management, or CRE (Required).
• Strong analytical skills and financial accounting knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows, tax returns for complex structures.
• Understanding of portfolio management priorities and covenants.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access; clear written and spoken communication.
