📋 Description

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and borrower info to assess repayment capacity and credit risk.
• Review SBA program eligibility and ensure loan submissions meet guidelines.
• Prepare detailed credit memos with analysis, recommendations, and supporting docs.
• Conduct financial spreading and preliminary credit analysis to evaluate borrower viability.
• Review third-party and credit reports to support loan presentations.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, credit policies, and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience with commercial credit analysis, lending processes, or financial evaluation.
• Knowledge of banking policies, lending practices, and credit risk principles.
• Familiarity with SBA lending requirements and eligibility guidelines.
• Strong financial analysis skills, incl reviewing financial statements and cash flow.
