Scaffolding Estimator (6 Month FTC)

📋 Description

• Analyse remote property data to determine access needs for domestic/commercial sites.
• Produce cost estimates and BOQs for standard and bespoke scaffolding per TG20.
• Coordinate with subcontractors: communicate scope, request quotes, negotiate.
• Ensure scaffolding solutions meet UK Health & Safety rules and NASC guidance.
• Maintain digital records for seamless handovers from estimation to subcontractors.
• Remote role with occasional travel to England offices.

🎯 Requirements

• Scaffolding estimating experience with domestic/solar/roofing as desirable.
• Valid UK scaffolding credentials (CISRS/NVQ TG20).
• Knowledge of TG20 e-Guide, SG4, and modern scaffolding techniques.
• Experience with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Proficient with digital survey software, spreadsheets, and online PM platforms.
• Attention to detail, strong commercial negotiation, self-motivation for home-based work.
• Full UK driving license.
