• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts
• Contribute directly to NRR with renewal and expansion pipeline
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy
• Define mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation and ROI reviews
• Facilitate use-case consultations guiding customers through Solutions Design
• Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations with delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
• You are a fluent French speaker
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to map workflows and translate goals
• Technical fluency to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces
• Commercial awareness to partner on renewal risk, expansion, and strategy
• Ability to design workflows driving usage-based consumption and measurable outcomes
