Onsite props/scenic installation for a fall 2026 IP outdoor event in Westchester, NY.
First two weeks remote for onboarding and purchasing.
Load-in: up to 5 weeks on site; load-out: up to 2 weeks.
Coordinate with global scenic HoD and local production manager on schedules.
Ensure safety, quality, and alignment with Fever standards.
Maintain props inventory, documentation, and onsite vendor coordination.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in team management within creative/event industries.
Strong project planning, scheduling, and vendor management.
Proficiency with Google Drive/Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Meet).
Ability to translate briefs into actionable on-site plans.
Experience in prop fabrication, scenic design, or immersive/site-specific events.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and leadership.
