📋 Description

• Place outbound calls using Five9 to schedule patient appointments.
• Follow scripts and workflows to guide conversations.
• Schedule appointments in the system or with the practice.
• Handle inbound calls and voicemails for scheduling support.
• Document call activity and outcomes in Five9 and tracking tools.
• Verify and update patient contact information for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of call center experience, with at least 1 year outbound/patient outreach
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Experience using Five9 or similar outbound dialer platforms
• Familiarity with EHR systems and documenting patient interactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
