Scheduling Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide operational oversight for timely, accurate scheduling per protocols.
• Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues; serve as escalation point.
• QA: review scheduling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor Scheduling Specialists and Onsite Scheduler; oversee workflows.
• Monitor team productivity and adherence to policies and standards.
• Ensure professional, timely, empathetic communication with participants and providers.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare scheduling or operations.
• 2+ years supervisory experience with mentoring/ developing teams.
• 1+ year experience with EMR and scheduling/communication platforms.
• Experience leading in a data-driven organization; using reports to manage people/projects.
• Strong leadership to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
