School-Based Lead Clinician – Substance Use Program (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)

📋 Description

• Provide school-based treatment for adolescents with substance use and co-occurring mental health
• Conduct substance use screenings, intakes, and diagnostic assessments
• Use evidence-based approaches like MI, CBT, relapse prevention
• Partner with families and facilitate parent support programs
• Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and coordinate referrals
• Oversee clinical operations and provide staff training

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active NJ independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• LCADC strongly preferred
• Significant clinical experience with adolescent substance use disorders
• 3+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
