📋 Description

• Deliver trauma-informed interventions to promote student stability.
• Assist with daily activities, behavior support, and crisis de-escalation.
• Collaborate with ESS team on student activities and groups.
• Support classroom management and daily schedules.
• Document student observations per procedures and standards.
• Build strong relationships with school staff and maintain confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in a mental health setting, preferably with youth 5-18.
• Crisis management and continuum of care experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with students, families, and community services.
